As a matter of principle, we do not disclose or share any of the information we have collected from you to any third-party to facilitate them advertising to you.

If however, we are prohibited by law or are of the view that giving notice would amount to illegal conduct we may share your information without issuing you any notice.     In cases where you contest the accuracy of the data or object to us processing it you may request us to restrict or block processing of your personal data. In such cases, we will inform you before lifting any restriction on processing; and if your personal data was shared with others, they will be informed about the restrictions wherever possible. On your request, and whenever possible and permitted by law, we will also tell you with whom we shared your personal data so you can contact them directly.
  • Right to data portability
    This will come into effect once India becomes General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant. It will give the website user the right to obtain their personal data from us that they consensually gave us or that was provided to us as a necessary clause of our contract with them. Post the compliance, users will be furnished their Personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format that they will be able to use elsewhere.
  • Right to object
    If users find that their personal data is being processed for purposes of direct marketing or for any other interests where we cannot show a compelling legitimate ground, they can ask us to stop processing their personal data and we will do so.

  • Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority
    Any concern that you may have about our privacy practices, including the way your personal data was handled by us may be reported to the data protection authority that is authorized to hear those concerns.

“Legitimate interests” as the term implies refers to the interest that we, as owners of this website, have in conducting and managing our organization. Our legitimate interest in processing your personal data could relate to analyzing how you are using our website or to prevent fraud or criminal activity, misuse of our products or services, to ensure the security of our IT systems, and architecture and networks as described in this Privacy Policy. While processing your personal data in pursuance of our legitimate interest, we pay due attention to any potential impact on you and your rights under data protection laws and our legitimate interests do not automatically take priority over your interests. Personal data transfer
Although our company is based in India, some of our service providers are based in the US. As a result, when you use our website some of your personal data will get transferred to our service providers in the US as an integral part of your use of our website, which you acknowledge and agree to. Please note that we take steps that continue to protect your rights with regard to your personal data.

Retention of your personal data
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary. Our Privacy Policy has details of the purposes for which we retain your personal data (you can send in a written request asking for the details). We could also retain your data to comply with legal requirements, if any. The period of retention depends on reason for retention.
